Sparta Services’ referral program is designed to reward qualified introductions that result in successful client engagements. Referral rewards are subject to eligibility requirements and program terms.
- Referrals must result in a qualified sales conversation
- Eligibility applies to recurring managed services or completed project engagements
- Referral rewards are based on realized and retained revenue
- Sparta Services determines final qualification of all referrals
- No exclusivity or sales obligation is required to participate

This program recognizes partners, clients, and contacts who introduce Sparta Services to qualified business opportunities. Sparta values long‑term partnerships and referrals built on trust, backed by a Microsoft‑first, security‑focused approach.
Managed Services (MSP) Referrals
Applies to recurring managed services relationships under a monthly agreement.
- 5% bonus on the first 12 months of recurring MSP revenue
- Bonus capped at a predefined amount per client
- Paid after the full 12‑month period with client in good standing
Project / Solution Referrals
Applies to one‑time, fixed‑scope engagements with defined deliverables.
- Projects under $5,000: $100 flat referral bonus
- Projects $5,000+: 5% referral bonus (capped)
- Paid once the project is fully completed and paid in full
General Conditions
- Referrals must result in a qualified sales conversation
- Sparta Services determines final qualification of all referrals
- No exclusivity or sales obligation required
- Payments contingent on realized and retained revenue
- Program terms may be updated periodically
